[The noise Papyrus makes lands on a register that causes both of the annoying dogs in his room to whine a little.
This is... nothing like the date he went on with Starflight! That had been so much fun, but in the end they'd walked away as friends. He'd been so relieved to find that Starflight was able to get over his no-doubt crushing disappointment and accept the friendship with grace.
And then there was Palatino. Well... the less said about that, the better, probably. He should have listened when the others told him the hidden skeleton was lousy at not killing people on sight.
But now here he is, with someone he truly likes. Who likes him back. And yes, the familiar attractive robot is very nice, but he's starting to think Mettaton's pretty great in every form, humanoid or rectangle or secret ghost.
He's pretty sure the book he read on relationships and dating considered these things important!]
O-of course I do! I always thought you were the greatest! Prestigious! Spectacular! That's Mettaton!
